We can also act as an Exclusive Buyer's Broker for you, using our exclusive access to listings and on-line services.  At no cost to you, we will help you navigate the process of making a purchase, bringing our knowledge of the industry to help arrive at an offer price, and then negotiate to an agreed-upon sales price.   We also follow-through helping with the survey and any negotiations that may arise from issues discovered by the surveyor.  We know this is an important investment and we want to be the ones helping you take care of this investment in the future after the sale.
